My group’s name is the “Mixing Bowl” and it includes Logan Christensen, Naz Folston, Sophie Irakoze, and Lexy Allman. Team members in the "Mixing Bowl" feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and trusting that their coworkers are there to support them when needed. Having a positive, respectful, and safe work environment was key to creating a successful team. The climate of the group was positive, as everyone felt valued, supported, and treated well by the group. For example, everyone was open to share ideas and no one was belittled or treated differently.
